Terms of use
1. General provisions
These Terms of use govern access to and use of the PRO-CIT e-KAT web portal (the “Portal”), owned by PRO-CIT d.o.o. Skopje (the “Company”). By registering and/or using the Portal, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
2. Registration and user accounts
The Portal is intended for business users (legal entities and sole traders) and individuals. When registering, the user must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The Company reserves the right to approve, reject or further verify any registration request, including requesting additional documentation (e.g. a company registration extract). The user is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for all activity carried out through their account.
3. Orders, prices and availability
The display of articles, prices and stock is informative and subject to change without prior notice. Prices and discounts depend on the client's agreed status. An order constitutes an offer which the Company may confirm, amend or reject. Only the prices and terms confirmed by the Company are binding.
4. Delivery and payment
Delivery terms, payment methods and deadlines are determined by the agreement with the client and the Company's terms in force at the time of the order.
5. User obligations
The user undertakes to use the Portal in accordance with the law and good business practice, not to take any action that could compromise the security or functionality of the Portal, and not to use data from the Portal for unauthorised purposes.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Portal (text, images, databases, design, logo) is protected and is the property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information but is not liable for any errors, interruptions or damages arising from use of the Portal, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Changes to the terms
The Company may amend these terms. Amended terms take effect upon publication on the Portal. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia. The competent court in Skopje has jurisdiction over any disputes.
