Privacy and personal data processing policy
1. Controller of the personal data collection
PRO-CIT d.o.o. Skopje, Bitolska St. 14, 1000 Skopje, VAT no. MK4030994143787 (the “Controller”), is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this portal.
2. What data we collect
When you register and use the Portal we collect: company/personal name, VAT and registration number (for legal entities), address and city, contact details (phone, e-mail), contact and responsible person details, and uploaded documents (e.g. a company registration extract). For individuals we collect name, address and contact details.
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
- Reviewing and approving the registration request — legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest;
- Performance of the contract, order processing and invoicing — legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation;
- Issuing and delivering electronic invoices — legal basis: consent and/or legal obligation;
- Service-related communication and notifications — legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Consent for electronic invoicing
If the user has consented to receiving electronic invoices, that consent is processed for the purpose of issuing and delivering e-invoices. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and in line with the periods prescribed by applicable regulations (e.g. accounting and tax rules).
6. Transfers and processors
Data may be processed by authorised processors (e.g. IT and hosting providers) solely for the stated purposes, on the basis of a contract and appropriate safeguards. Data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those stated, except where required by law.
7. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, in accordance with the law. Requests can be sent to the contact details given below.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the law.
9. Cookies
The Portal uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation (e.g. session, selected language). These cookies are not used for profiling.
